Multiple fire crews have battled a large inferno which engulfed a home in the Gold Coast Hinterland.
Emergency services were called to the property on Hoop Pine Court, Advancetown about 12.20pm on Tuesday.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said the property was fully engulfed by fire and part of the roof had collapsed.
Eight fire trucks responded to the incident with crews still battling to extinguish the flames more than two hours after arriving on scene.
Paramedics were also 9in attendance and on standby.
The property is believed to have been abadoned at the time the fire broke out.
