LAND neighbouring one of the Gold Coast’s most popular bowls clubs will be transformed into an ultra-modern tower with its own Japanese-style Zen garden.
Brisbane-based developer Turrisi Properties has unveiled plans for a 22-storey residential tower on Broadbeach’s Armrick Ave.

Filed with the council on Wednesday, the tower will have 81 units, including three top-level penthouses.
Turrisi founder Gaetano Turrisi said the tower was his company’s first Gold Coast project.
“We are passionate about the development of the highest quality, bespoke residences in southeast Queensland and excited to be bringing our design standard to the Gold Coast,” he said.
