A young woman has been taken to hospital after two cars collided on a major Geelong highway, causing lengthy traffic delays for drivers.
Emergency services were called to the Princes Fwy, near Little River, just before 8am on Wednesday morning.
Ambulance Victoria confirmed a woman in her 20s was taken to Geelong hospital in a stable condition.
It is understood the crash has caused lengthy delays for Geelong-bound commuters.
