Hundreds of junior cricketers went head-to-head in grand finals over the weekend, with Geelong City Sharks the toast of the U17 boys’ division one competition with a hard-fought 21-run two-day win over Barwon Heads/Collendina, while North Geelong came out on top in the girls U18 decider on Sunday.

U17 boys (Just) division 1 two-day grand final

Geelong City Sharks (Foote) defeated Barwon Heads/Colledina (Basevi) by 21 runs at Drew Oval.

Geelong City: Noah Brooks (54), Oscar Agg (26), Hudson O’Leary (4-22), Hunter Wright (3-24).

Barwon Heads/Colledina: Matteo Surace (52), Daniel Shaw (2-40).

U17 boys (Everett) division 2 two-day grand final

U15 boys (Emond) division 1 two-day grand final
