Hundreds of junior cricketers went head-to-head in grand finals over the weekend, with Geelong City Sharks the toast of the U17 boys’ division one competition with a hard-fought 21-run two-day win over Barwon Heads/Collendina, while North Geelong came out on top in the girls U18 decider on Sunday.

Geelong City Sharks (Foote) defeated Barwon Heads/Colledina (Basevi) by 21 runs at Drew Oval.
