An OnlyFans creator has accused a former undercover Ballarat police officer of stalking her through his access to statewide surveillance cameras, telling her, “I was watching you”.
Lisa Lewis, a Geelong OnlyFans creator and escort in her early 40s, met the senior constable on Tinder in late 2024.
They got along well, with the officer — who the Herald Sun has chosen not to name for legal reasons — going to “a lot of effort” and Ms Lewis being open about her line of work.
By early 2025, they spoke for up to six hours a day.
But Ms Lewis began to grow suspicious when sometimes she would return home and “it was as though everything was staged”.
“Like he knew I was coming,” she said.
At one point the officer allegedly showed Ms Lewis a fake plastic rock that was actually a camera.
This led Ms Lewis to check her backyard for similar objects.
On another occasion, he commented on her shoes over a WhatsApp call when she was out in Melbourne, Ms Lewis claimed.
She had sent the officer a photo earlier in the day, but not of her footwear, she said.
“He said, ‘Look up,’” Ms Lewis recalled in an April police statement.
“I was looking for a drone because he had previously told me he had done drone training.
“ … He said, ‘CCTV … wave.’”
Footage seen by the Herald Sun depicts the pair at Ms Lewis’s home.
The officer can be heard saying: “I could see you. It was there that I was watching you.”
Then, regarding a yellow traffic light at which Ms Lewis had stopped while driving that night, he says: “I was watching you; you could have went through.”
At another time, the officer allegedly checked how busy the Geelong CBD was by looking at CCTV cameras on a phone or laptop.
“He just showed me and I didn’t really want to look,” Ms Lewis said.
Now Ms Lewis has concerns for her safety and feels as though her trust and that of taxpayers has been breached.
“I’m not comfortable,” she said.
“If he’s [allegedly] doing it, what other policemen are using taxpayer money to watch their girlfriends?”
Victoria Police confirmed a leading senior constable from a specialist unit had been “transferred to other duties following allegations he misused police information”.
“As the matter is under investigation by the Professional Standard Command, it is not appropriate to comment further,” it said.
