A local dog coach has launched pre-wedding training services for your beloved pooch.

King’s K9 Dog Training has a variety of training packages available so dogs can be a part of your special day.

Dog trainer Susie Blair said dogs were an integral part of families and deserved to be a part of the wedding ceremony.

She said the packages could be individually tailored to ensure dogs could enjoy the wedding festivities without feeling overwhelmed.

Training includes how to gracefully interact with larger crowds, to not jump on the bride, groom or wedding guests and how to play the role of ring bearer.

“Love knows no boundaries, not even species,” Ms Blair said.

“Picture this, amidst the vows and laughter, there they were, your loyal companion stealing the limelight in the wedding photos.

“These cherished memories will warm hearts for a lifetime, a testament to the bond that transcends words.”

The training business will also transport your dog to the wedding location.

Ms Blair said the training would create a “celebration of love” between the newly wed couple and their beloved canine companions.

King’s K9 Dog Training is available to residents across the Greater Geelong, Surf Coast, Bellarine and Golden Plains areas.
