Althelisure giant Lululemon coming to Westfield Geelong

A sought-after athleisure brand is setting up shop in Westfield Geelong.

Athleisure giant Lululemon is setting up a new store in Geelong.

Signage has been erected in Westfield outside the shopfront that up until recently hosted fashion label Seed Heritage.

Lululemon has a pop-up shop in Newtown, which it’s understood has been open long-term.

The brand’s area director for Australia and New Zealand, Trevor Holland, said it was delighted to bring Lululemon to Geelong in a more permanent capacity.

“We have been searching for the right location and are pleased to have found our new home at Westfield Geelong,” Mr Holland said.

“Doors will open to our beautiful new Lululemon store this winter.”

Lululemon was founded in Vancouver, Canada in 1998.

While its first designs were for women doing yoga, it now caters for yoga, running, cycling, training and most other exercise for women and men, according to the brand’s website.
