Delta Goodrem marries Matthew Copley in ‘magical’ wedding in Malta

Delta Goodrem has officially revealed her wedding photos after tying the knot with longtime partner Matthew Copley in a breathtaking ceremony in Malta.

Delta Goodrem has officially said “I do” in a “magical” wedding.

The Australian singer married fellow musician Matthew Copley in Mdina, Malta in June surrounded by family and friends.

Nearly one month after their special day, the couple have finally shared some photos from the occasion

”June 2025, Husband and Wife,” she wrote on Instagram.

“It was more magical than we both could have dreamt. We said I do under the Maltese skies in a family fairytale wedding brought to life by so many angels surrounding us.

“We are holding on to every memory from that moment, the love, the laughter, the happy tears and dancing till the sun came up.

“We can’t wait to come back to Australia and celebrate as Mr & Mrs.”

The photos show the newlyweds inside their stunning wedding venue, the 12th-century St Paul’s Cathedral in Mdina.

Goodrem described her bridal gown as “the dress of my dreams”, revealing it was designed and “made with so much love” by Paolo Sebastian.

“Couldn’t have imagined anything more and I can’t wait to share the dress journey with you,” she wrote.

The Australian fashion house, founded by Paul Vasileff, also shared photos of the gown on its official Instagram account.

“Inspired by the breathtaking frescoes of St Paul’s Cathedral in Mdina, Malta … and fashioned in the Paolo Sebastian signature ball gown silhouette, the custom wedding gown is a true culmination of art, romance, and heritage,” the post said.

As reported by Vogue, Goodrem’s off-the-shoulder French tulle gown was a labour of love, taking designer Paul Vasileff and his team more than three months to create.

The custom dress featured a dramatic 2.5m train and matching cathedral-length veil, with sentimental touches like the couple’s wedding date delicately embroidered into the fabric.

But the Lost Without You singer didn’t stop at one show-stopping look.

For the reception, she changed into two additional gowns, by designer Con Ilio.

“He created two stunning dresses, one with a modern drop waist, intricately hand-beaded with crystals and pearls, and another high-neck silk piece perfect for dancing the night away,” she told Vogue.

Guests were treated to a musical surprise during the celebrations, with performances by Vince Pizzinga and Conrad Sewell.

In an Instagram post, Goodrem thanked her entire glam squad, from her jeweller and stylist to the hair, makeup, photo and video teams, and shared her gratitude for family members who travelled across the globe to attend.

Goodrem and Copley got engaged in Malta in September 2023, and first crossed paths during her 2016 tour.

She marked the upcoming nuptials with a celebratory hens party in Sydney earlier this year.
