A man has been taken to hospital after he was pinned down by a truck at the 7-Eleven service station in Cairns.

A man has been taken to hospital after he was pinned down by a truck at the 7-Eleven service station on Sheridan St.
Queensland Ambulance Services said they were called to the scene around 12.30pm.
They confirmed the man was taken to Cairns Hospital in a stable condition with lower leg and chest injuries.
Queensland Ambulance Services could not confirm if the man was the driver of the truck or another vehicle.
A Queensland Police spokesman said no criminal charges had been laid and they would be deferring the investigation to Workplace Health and Safety with police assistance.
