Emergency services were called to a water-related incident north of Cairns early Saturday morning.
A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said crews were called to post immersion incident at Trinity Beach about 8.58am, Saturday.
She said one patient was treated for life-threatening injuries off the waters at Vasey Esplanade, Trinity Beach.
