An international tourist has been charged after taking intimate photos of a woman and distributing them to others via social media platforms.

An international tourist has been charged after taking intimate photos of a woman and distributing them to others via social media platforms.
Police have alleged the 21-year-old man took photos of the woman last week before he circulated the images to other people.
It was further alleged the man was in possession of dangerous drugs.
Authorities seized the 21-year-olds phone, laptop and a quantity of cannabis on March 29.
He is due to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on April 15.
