Police have launched a homicide investigation after a 42-year-old man was found dead at a Hastings home on Wednesday evening.

A body has been found at a Victoria home, sparking a police investigation on the Mornington Peninsula.

The 42-year-old deceased man was discovered at a Curley Court home on Wednesday evening.
