From starring new recruits to established champions of the competition, we’ve picked the top eight players of the month.
CAM VALENTE

CAMPBELL VADLJA

Vadlja’s has enjoyed a remarkable start to his second season at Woodville, with the talented batter yet to be dismissed.
In two juggernaut displays, Vadlja worked his way to 141 not out against Port Adelaide in round two, and a huge 176 not out against Northern Districts last Saturday.
If he maintains production anywhere near a similar level, Woodville will be a tough beat in season 2022-23.

Fallins has picked up where he left off during last season’s winning finals series for West Torrens, producing multiple impressive spells with the ball.
The gun spinner took eight wickets in his club’s opening round matchup against Prospect for a return of 80 runs.
Expect him to have a major impact with consistent turn and change-up deliveries this coming weekend.

De Broughe has been a standout with the bat for Sturt during the women’s first grade T20 competition.

A dangerous bowler, Croom has taken a total of eight wickets in two innings so far.
He has been impressive with the bat in Glenelg’s bottom order as well, tallying 70 runs through his two innings at the crease as the seventh batter, including 51 runs against East Torrens.
SAMANTHA BETTS
