Yoon Heok Choe to face trial over aged care rape charges
A former aged-care worker accused of raping an elderly resident multiple times will face trial after entering his pleas on three charges.

A former aged-care worker will face trial after he allegedly raped an elderly patient at a southern suburbs retirement facility, earlier this year.
Yoon Heok Choe, 47, pleaded not guilty to three counts of engaging in sexual intercourse without a person’s consent in the Adelaide Magistrate Court on Wednesday.
Police allege Mr Choe was working at the aged-care facility when he assaulted a woman in her 70s on three separate occasions between January 25 and February 11.
On Wednesday, the court heard Mr Choe was charged with a total of six counts however, three charges were withdrawn by prosecution back in July.
The maximum penalty for rape is life imprisonment.
The matter will return to court in January.
