“The defendant was keeping neighbours up and night who were also concerned about the elderly neighbours nearby,” the police prosecutor said.

Lozo Lush was taken to the Flinders Medical Centre.

On May 13, of this year, Police attended the Woodcroft Tavern where Lozo Plush had been causing a disturbance in the gaming room.

“He was behaving in an aggressive and disorderly manner and refusing to leave the gaming room,” the police prosecutor said.

“He was throwing items at staff and around the gaming room.”

Police spoke to Lozo Plush and advised him to leave the premises and not return for a 24 hour period.

Less than an hour later, police were tasked back to the tavern where they found Lozo Plush attempting to gain entry.

Before sentencing, Magistrate Gregory Fisher asked Lozo Plush what he had to say about his offending, he asked to plead his human rights and that he had been missing a woman who meant a lot to him at the time.

“I care for someone a lot and she is very special to me, she lives the high life but she went away on business, that’s what it’s about,” he said.

When asked by the Magistrate about what he does for work, Lozo Plush told the court he was working in “secret among the community”.

He was asked to elaborate further to which he replied “I work in NSA.gov (National Security Agency) but I’m on disability support pension”.

Lozo Plush was convicted for both matters and fined $300.

He applauded the court as he left.
