A southern suburbs man has been arrested after a haul of drugs and cash were found in his home.
Police found 5kg of dried cannabis and about $14,000 cash in the man’s Happy Valley home.
They also found cannabis plants which were being hydroponically grown in the 39-year-old’s back shed.
Electricity had been diverted to the shed from the home.
The man was arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled drug, cultivating cannabis, possession of prescribed equipment, money laundering and diverting electricity.
He was bailed to appear at the Christies Beach Magistrates Court at a later date.
The man’s arrest comes days after an Adelaide Hills couple was arrested after cannabis plants, dried cannabis and cash were found at a Meadows property.
A 32-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man were arrested and bailed to appear in the Mount Barker Magistrates Court in October.
