Searches of five Riverland properties uncover more than 100 cannabis plants, weapons, methamphetamine
Seven people have been arrested as police revealed what they allegedly found when country officers swooped this week.

Five Riverland properties searched during the week have resulted in seven people arrested and reported for more than 100 cannabis plants, methamphetamine, weapons and ammunition.
Between Monday, February 5 and Thursday, February 8 Police from the Waikerie and Blanchetown stations conducted the searches following information they received from the public.
Police seized 115 cannabis plants, one kilogram of dried cannabis, 50 grams of methamphetamine, six gel blasters (which are legally classed as illegal firearms), more than 500 rounds of live ammunition, a number of knives and tasers and a stolen motorcycle.
In total, three people were arrested and four were reported for a range of drug and possession charges over the items uncovered.
A 66-year-old Cambrai woman was arrested for allegedly cultivating a commercial quantity of cannabis, possessing prescribed equipment, possessing ammunition without a licence and possessing cannabis.
She has been bailed to appear at the Waikerie Magistrates Court on 8 April.
A 36-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman from Waikerie were arrested and jointly charged for possessing a dangerous article, possess a prohibited weapon, trafficking in a controlled drug, possessing ammunition without a permit and unlawful possession.

A 66-year-old Sedan woman and a 62-year-old Towitta man have been reported for cultivate cannabis.
A 43-year-old man from Ramco Heights has been reported for cultivate cannabis, possess cannabis, possess a firearm without a licence and possess an unregistered firearm.
A 21-year-old man from the same address was reported for possess a firearm without a licence, and for possessing an unregistered firearm.
The four individuals reported will be summonsed to appear in the Waikerie Magistrates Court at a later date.
