A Mawson Lakes man has pleaded guilty to maintaining an unlawful sexual relationship with a child.
Rowan Varnish, 32, appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday.
However, five counts of having sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 14 were withdrawn.
He will face the District Court of South Australia for arraignment in September.
An application by the prosecution to revoke bail was rejected on Monday.
Varnish first appeared in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court in April.
He maintained the relationship with a child under the age of 17 between October 1 last year and March 1 this year at Brahma Lodge and other locations, a charge sheet lodged with the court revealed.
He was granted home detention bail in April.
