A gym, cafe and mechanic have been revealed as new tenants for the growing $25m Munno Para Retail Hub in the northern suburbs.

The next three stages of the Hub will include work wear and safety equipment outlet RSEA Safety, a Ryderwear gym, JAX Tyres & Auto and First Things First Coffee as part of the next few stages.

Stage four includes four new buildings being added to the site, which will sit on the corner of Curtis Rd and Main North Rd.

Across the four stages, developers Leyton Property have injected more than $25m into the local economy.

The site has created roughly 300 direct construction jobs and 150 long-term employment opportunities with stage one alone.

The new builds include a JAX Tyres & Auto mechanic workshop, a First Things First Coffee drive thru, while the tenants for a new fast food outlet and a casual dining venue are so far unconfirmed.

The first stage opened with Zambrero in November, and Leyton Property’s managing director Hamish Brown said it could be just a few short months until the next retailers open.

“Stage two will finish at the end of January 2024, and RSEA will be opened in February 2024,” Mr Brown said.

“Stage three, a new Ryderwear gym, will be opening around mid 2024, which will be about a 2000sq m site.”

Mr Brown said planning permission was expected to be granted in early 2024, and the community could anticipate the opening of stage four “hopefully” by the end of 2024.

“For residents in that part of Adelaide to have access to more convenient retail, food and beverage options, especially in that kind of casual-dining type approach,” he said,

“I think it’s a critical piece of infrastructure that is needed out there.”

Leyton Property is also continuing the development of the Parafield Retail Hub, with the next stage being formally opened to start works at the end of November.
