A Smithfield Plains man already charged with 68 traffic-related offences has fronted court again – this time for driving in a “culpably negligent manner” while trying to avoid police.
Anthony Michael Pippig appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court via video link on a further three driving charges.
The 29-year-old allegedly did not hold a licence when he drove in a “culpably negligent manner” on Main North Road, Pooraka, on June 8, while attempting to evade police, a charge sheet showed.
Police alleged he then drove at a dangerous speed in Salisbury South on the same day.
