Guy allegedly engaged in the indecent filming of an adult without consent on 34 occasions over an almost 20-month period across 2019 and 2020, according to a charge sheet lodged with the court.

Police also claim he indecently filmed a minor, without their consent, in Para Hills on November 16, 2019.

Guy also allegedly produced, or a took a step in the production of, child exploitation material “knowing of its pornographic nature” on the same day, the sheet read.

The alleged offending occurred between February 19, 2019 to October 6, 2020 in Salisbury East, Para Hills, Salisbury Heights and other locations.

For Guy, Oliver Cole told the court “the charges are not admitted”.

The accused did not make a comment before the hearing concluded.
