A northeastern suburbs private school would have a new neighbours as planning documents are lodged for a two-storey development including a healthcare centre, gym, childcare and 24 new homes in Golden Grove.
Located next to Pedare College campus, an empty block of land would be split into two sections to serve different purposes – one accessed via the Golden Way and a residential section, accessible by Surrey Farm Dr.
Revo Fitness is confirmed to be a tenant of the new multi-use facility, according to the documents, on the second floor of the facility.
The ground floor would contain a chemist, medical centre, radiology and an allied health practice, serviced by more than 142 carparks.
The carpark will be split between an underground area, and an above ground carpark that will also service the childcare centre – that will have capacity for 92 children.
The development also includes 24 new homes on a secondary section.
According to the plans, the homes will offer two to three bedrooms, with each property to have a private garage and driveway.
Limited visitor parking would be available for guests on a private road.
