A Davoren Park couple can hear special wedding bells after they won a whopping $700,000 in Saturday’s X Lotto.

A Davoren Park couple has a bright future ahead after winning $700,000 in Saturday’s X Lotto draw.

The couple, who purchased a 14 game Quick Pick from an OTR in Davoren Park, said the timing of the win is perfect.

“You have no idea how perfect the timing is,” the bride-to-be said.

“We’re actually getting married soon! This will help so much.

“We also have birthdays and all sorts of special events coming up.”

The engaged couple, whose total prize was $708,136.79, said they have been playing lotto for years and were shocked when they found out they finally won.

“We’ve played for a couple of years now and we always use the same numbers each week,” she said.

“I’m here with my partner now. We can’t just believe it. We’re over the moon.”

OTR Davoren Park spokesperson Kim Winshurst said it was exciting to see a customer win.

“There’s nothing more exciting for our team than seeing one of our customers had scored a major lottery prize,” they said.

There were six other division one winning entries in the Saturday X Lotto draw 4435.
