It is no secret that exercising has a profound impact on both our physical and mental health. Add a dog and fresh air into the mix and you may well achieve the wellbeing trifecta.

To help you and your pooch get active and healthy, we have created an interactive map of the top dog-friendly trails across greater Adelaide and the Hills.

The list includes more than 40 walks, including family and wheelchair-friendly loops, challenging hikes and off-leash forest reserves.
