“Wow 😮❤️” another said.

“I just love it 😍😍” said another.

Instagram user @ourcountrycoastalhome loved it so much that she recreated it herself.

Festive ideas for your home

If you’re already putting this idea in the ‘too hard basket’, stick with me! There are plenty of simple ways to dress up your home for the festive season.

Aussie mum Kayla went viral on TikTok sharing her $12 Kmart buy, making her home look bougier than ever.

“Guys is it just me, or is this a slay?” she said in the video.

“I just got this from Kmart - Giant Door Bow for $12 - and this is what it looks like.”

The red bow wraps the door like a gift, and does it get any cuter?

Or, if you want to spice up your tree, DIY your baubles with balloons like Aussie mum @_ange_mckenzie_ .

In the video, Ange heads to Kmart to purchase some baubles and balloons. Then, she begins the DIY, taking the caps off of the baubles before pulling the pastel balloons over the top, changing the colour whilst maintaining the textured look.

You can also use pipe cleaners to attach baubles to one another for more impact, and a more bunched-up look using decorations you already have.

“With these [hooks], you can only hang one ornament at a time, and they just dangle awkwardly,” @whatlololikes said.

“With a pipe cleaner, you can double them up, triple them up, and then tie them on securely onto your tree exactly where you need them.

“I just absolutely love how you can bundle them up. They just look so much better, and it definitely fills up the tree a lot easier.”
