South Australia’s Mightiest Mullet: Last chance to vote for your favourite!

How can you not love a hairstyle that’s all business at the front and a party at the back? We’re looking for SA’s Mightiest Mullet but you better cast your vote soon. It’ll be hair today, gone tomorrow.

The mullet. It’s as Aussie as a cork slouch hat, vegemite and budgie smugglers.

But what makes the perfect mullet? Long and straight and spiky on top?

Short at the sides and coiffed at the front?

Freshly styled or a little matted and rough around the edges?

We happen to think all mullets are beautiful but let’s face it, we’ve all encountered a mullet in the wild that is so majestic, so spectacular it stops you in your tracks as you watch it go by.

We asked you to help us find SA’s mightiest mullet and you rose to the challenge, sending us some truly inspiring examples of Australia’s greatest hairstyle.

We also received several submissions of your children – mini-mullets, if you will – that are so great they’re sure to bring a tear to your eye and put you at ease knowing the future is in good hands. But which mullet will reign supreme? It’s time to vote!
