Correction: Mr Lindsay Kobelt

We regret any harm or distress caused to Mr Kobelt as a result of the article.

An article in an SA Weekend story about Mintabie on 19 November 2022 made

reference to historical court proceedings brought by ASIC against Mr Lindsay Kobelt.

Mr Kobelt was never accused of any criminal wrongdoing, and the article should

have mentioned that the original court’s finding that Mr Kobelt’s book-up system

was “exploitative” was twice successfully appealed by My Kobelt. We regret any

harm or distress caused to Mr Kobelt as a result of the article.
