Port Adelaide captain Connor Rozee has designs on more than an AFL premiership medal – he’s eyeing a post-footy career creating his own bling.
The Power superstar has teamed up with Class A Jewellers for a new men’s collection featuring five rings and two cufflinks.
Rozee, who worked with Class A last year to design an engagement ring for his fiancee Maisie Packer, said there was a “gap in the market” for male jewellery.
“I’ve always had a keen interest in jewellery, but found it difficult to find high quality pieces with the durability to match my lifestyle,” he said.
“The idea to collaborate on a collection was born out of chatting about my own everyday jewellery.
“I loved the process of working with Class A Jewellers – and jewellery design is something I see doing again in future.”
Customers can select from three bands for everyday wear, plus two special signet designs for a more personalised touch. All items are fully customisable with optional engraving.
The rings are priced between $149 and $395, while the cufflinks are $399 and $649.
Class A Jewellers director Brad Mucklow said men “embracing” rings and jewellery in general was a rapidly growing trend.
“The team wanted to create a classic collection for men starting their jewellery journey and inspire them to invest in everyday pieces that last a lifetime,” he said.
In October, Rozee, 24, popped the big question to longtime love Packer with a classic round cut diamond in a four-claw setting.
The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Audrey Sarah, in June.
Class A is offering complimentary engraving on all Connor Rozee X Class A pieces purchased before August 8.
