"I've never felt so dumb in my life"

Taking to TikTok, user Florida aka @floridaferal posted the 33-second clip, which now has over 1.8 million views.

"I’ve never felt so dumb in my life," she begins. "I ordered a cheeseburger the other night. You can see the time, 8:42 p.m."

She then holds up the receipt and says, "And my order arrived and it said 'Bitch'."

Understandably, she was left shocked and confused given she ordered the food via the app and had no interaction with staff.

"This is what happens when you assume"

"I called the bar, and I’m like, 'Did your kitchen close at nine?' Florida says, adding that that was the only logical reason she could think of.

"'No, they are open until midnight, Why?'" the staff member replied.

Florida then told them what had happened, saying, "Well, my order said 'Bitch."

The worker then burst into laughter and explained, "Yeah, it’s called the Bitchin' Burger on our menu, but it doesn’t say that on Uber."

"You’re not the first one to make this mistake."

The whole misunderstanding left Florida feeling "so dumb" and she even admitted that she was too scared to eat her food after initially reading the receipt.

"This is what happens when you assume things," she wrote over the clip.

"They need to fix that"

Viewers were left in hysterics, taking to the comments to share their thoughts on the mix-up.

"They need to fix that," wrote one person. "Me drunk ordering Uber Eats would've woke me up wondering what the hell I did."

"You assuming that it was because the kitchen was closing is so sweet though," pointed out another.

A third agreed: "I appreciate the fact that your immediate response was to try and figure out if they had a legitimate reason for calling you that though. 😂"

And a fourth TikToker commented, "I'd be like well I guess I won't order from them again. Good thing you verified lol."

Florida later added in the comments, "The girl who answered the phone was so sweet and she genuinely felt bad I was questioning it. 😂"
