THE second stage of a Gold Coast apartment project has been fast-tracked after growing demand for properties in Robina.
Boheme Apartments second stage has now been released after all 52 apartments in the seven-level, first tower were sold off the plan, achieving $26 million.
Robina Group’s stage two tower will be located at the $250 million City Village community and will feature 77 two and three-bedroom apartments across nine floors.
The development will also be home to six two-level urban terrace apartments, a cafe, lakeside saltwater pool and barbecue and recreation area.
All apartments will have Ilve Italian cooking appliances, chrome taps, dishwashers, high ceilings, timber grain flooring, wool carpets and balconies.
Robina Group director Tony Tippett said infrastructure investment in Robina was encouraging buyers to the area.
“Australian Unity Group have announced a new private hospital for Robina adding to projects already underway including the expansion of Robina Town Centre, Robina Automall and commercial projects such as CityPods and The Base,” he said.
“Collectively, those projects represent many hundreds of millions of dollars of investment and along with other commercial and residential developments in the area, the current investment is estimated to be to the value of a billion dollars.”
Two-bedroom apartments are priced from $449,000.
