Sixty five glistening Ferraris and their passionate owners roared into the Adelaide CBD to kick off their week long driving journey through the state.
The convoy is part of The Ferrari Club National Rally 2024 which is held around the country, with the South Australian chapter playing host this year for the first time since 2018.
While attendees have previously stayed at a central location and participated in day trips, President of the SA Ferrari Club, Merv Davies has planned a packed itinerary of continuous driving with a range of South Australian hot spots on the list.

“I’m excited to show our interstate Ferrari Club members some of South Australia’s most iconic venues from The Oval Hotel to The Bend Motorsport Park, right through to The Cube at McLaren Vale and out to the Barossa to drive on some of Adelaide’s most picturesque roads,” Mr Davies said.
A lifelong Ferrari fan, Mr Davies purchased his most recent set of wheels – a sleek, black Ferrari 488 – around 12 months ago.
“I have loved them since I was a kid, had poster up on the wall and everything,” Mr Davies said.
“There is no better way to experience what South Australia has to offer than driving in your Ferrari over this week long Ferrari Club national event with fellow Ferrari enthusiasts.”
Mr Davies said that the fleet of iconic cars always manage to draw attention from admirers with those on show outside the Adelaide Oval on Monday ranging in price from $300,000 to $1.4 million.
