Fashion designer turned influencer Pip Edwards has stunned in a bright blue bikini at the beach.
Edwards, 44, was spotted at Neilsen Park, in Sydney, over the weekend wearing the blue two-piece swimsuit, with the top featuring daring cut outs on the side.
The low-cut cozzie top had matching bottoms, with Edwards bucking the wildly popular G-string bikini bottom trend.
The P. E Nation founder had her hair pulled back in a bun and accessorised with gold jewellery as she soaked up the sun. Edwards took to the water and also played a game of paddle ball while on the shoreline.
Before she headed down to the beach, Edwards shared a snap of her outfit to Instagram. She wore an oversized blue button up with white stripes and baggy jean shorts.
The detail catching the attention of eagle-eyed fans was Edwards’ Christopher Esber Minette Flat shoes, featuring mesh netting and crystal embellishment. The slip-on ballerina flats retail for $1130.
Last year, Edwards stepped back from P.E. Nation — just three months after the brand revealed its new aesthetic direction at Australian Fashion Week.
Edwards started the fashion brand in 2016 with Claire Greaves, who left the business in March.
“My time leading the brand as Creative Director has been an incredible run, and while I am handing over that role, I am maintaining my P.E. Nation directorship and substantial shareholding,” Edwards wrote on Instagram when she announced her departure.
“I am forever grateful for and proud of what we have created, and P.E. Nation will always be in my heart and soul.”
She rejoined Ksubi, the brand she worked at the start of her fashion career. Ksubi was founded by Dan Single, who Edwards shares teenage son Justice with. Edwards rejoined the brand as creative director.
“The decision around [leaving] was a holistic life decision,” Edwards said on Stellar podcast, Something To Talk About.
“There’s a whole lot of change going on. I actually thrive on change.”
She said the timing of seeing P.E. Nation’s rebrand was tying into the background of what was going on in her personal life, saying it was “part of her own rebrand”.
While Edwards is known for her career in fashion, she often hits headlines due to her dating life.
Edwards previously dated former cricketer Michael Clarke for less than a year before their romance ended at the start of 2021.
She was later dragged into the former Australian cricket captain’s very public Noosa fracas with his then-partner, Jade Yarbrough, in January 2023.
Clarke made national headlines when the emotionally-charged carpark stoush with Yarbrough was recorded by a bystander and obtained by The Daily Telegraph.
In the footage, Yarbrough could be heard accusing him of “f**king” Edwards while they were together.
At the time, Edwards distanced herself, saying: “This is not my circus. Yet again, Michael in his true nature has not taken responsibility for his actions and I was blatantly lied to.”
