Pork, pâté, pickles and plenty of love - while everyone has their favourite combination, the humble bánh mì is a stalwart of lunches on the go.
But whether it’s perfect crackling or that extra-crunchy bread, some Vietnamese rolls are a cut above the rest.
Started in 2019, the Vietnamese Roll Appreciation Group is a Facebook haven for Adelaide’s bánh mì afficianados.
Boasting more than 3000 members, from Salisbury to Seaford, the group encourages users to submit their reviews of Vietnamese rolls across the city.
So where can you find Adelaide’s best?
