Luxury accommodation provider and popular Mount Gambier coffee shop Aloha and Aloha Espresso will launch its latest endeavour in the Blue Lake city this weekend, opening its highly anticipated new pilates studio.
Eager customers are now able to book classes at Aloha pilates Studio, with the studio officially opening this Sunday June 30.
Initially the studio is operating on an introductory schedule, running hour-long classes between 6am to 11am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays –
eventually it will run classes seven days a week offering both morning and evening slots.
Owner of Aloha Espresso, Sienna Allen, is the studio’s founder and will be one of two instructors running the classes.
Coming from a professional netball background, Sienna said was passionate about helping others and thought everyone could benefit from pilates by making them feel stronger, confident and connect their mind and body.
Sienna is joined by fellow instructor Asha Rodda, who comes from a professional dance background and is “super excited” to guide clients through their own pilates journey and help people understand themselves and their bodies.
The studio currently offers three different classes: sculpt, to help you build long lean muscles, muscle endurance and leave you feeling stronger and energised; hustle, a high-intensity workout designed to elevate your heart rate and motivate you to push your limits; and flow, designed to strength, lengthen and tone your entire body while also developing your stability.
