First interstate arrivals head to mandatory hotel quarantine

THE FIRST non-essential interstate arrivals into the NT have started their 14-day mandatory quarantine period, after touching down in Darwin after midday on Thursday.

INTERSTATE travellers arriving in the NT on Wednesday were the last to have the luxury of self-isolating, before the beginning of new regulations requiring all Territory arrivals to go into forced quarantine.
