IMAGES FROM AN Internal Notice HYLC Joint Venture - New RAH Adelaide hospital, Nth Terrace. - FURTHER TO THE ARTICLE PUBLISHED IN TODAY’S ADVERTISER, WE WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO OFFER SOME ADDITIONAL INSIGHT INTO THE CLAIMS MADE BY MINISTER SNELLING. Late Friday evening, SAHP received a formal notification from State advising that our Cure Plan had been rejected. This Cure Plan, issued on the 26 August 2016 has taken many weeks to review. The Cure Plan included some proposed strategies for resolving outstanding operational matters with the State and was accompanied by a revised program of works with a TC completion of March 2017 and expected CA completion of June 2017. There were also strategies targeting an earlier TC date undertaken with State collaboration. The objective of this Cure Plan was to engage in an open and transparent dialogue with State in the negotiation and management of all completion activities. We can advise that the notice of rejection received on Friday did not in any way relate to safety matters. The term used by the Minister does however relate to Operational safety (not Building safety). We are yet to understand the full extent of this rejection and we look forward to exploring this further. In the meantime, we will continue to focus on our completion and commissioning activities for a safe and high quality project delivery.
