A TikTok video has attracted dozens of comments from viewers who’re convinced they heard a very awkward noise on last night’s Married At First Sight.

Viewers think they heard a Married At First Sight cast member fart on Sunday night’s episode.

A TikTok video with dozens of comments has accused Jacqui or Ryan of letting rip while they were sitting on the couch during the commitment ceremony.

While it sounds like it could just be Jacqui saying, ‘mmm’ in response to MAFS expert Alessandra Rampolla, fans of the show seem certain it was flatulence.

“I swear I heard a fart,” one wrote in the comments section.

Viewers think Jacqui or Ryan farted on the couch.

“I thought I was hearing things when it happened,” another wrote.

“I thought it was my dog,” a third added.

“Everyone just ignoring the fact someone farted,” a fourth chimed in, referencing the lack of reaction in the room.

Another, however, believed it was simply Jacqui uttering, “Mmm.”

Meanwhile, Jacqui took to her Instagram stories afterwards to claim the editing of this particular episode was “intense”.

It could have been Jacqui uttering ‘mmm’ in response to Alessandra.

While the at-times eccentric participant is coming across as high maintenance, constantly seeking compliments from Ryan, Jacqui said her portrayal was being dramatised.

“I’m on this show looking for a long term partner … a future dad to my kids. I don’t want to raise kids around a man who doesn’t build me up AND then our kids and daughters too!,” she wrote.

“Why is that not something MAFS would want to showcase?!

“PS. Ryan was crying for opening up around childhood bullying. they cut him up [edited it out] big time too!”

Jacqui has confirmed she's no longer with Ryan.

Jacqui has been breaching her contract with Channel 9 by sharing a series of spoiler posts on her Instagram page.

Most notably, she announced last week she’s in a new relationship in the real world, despite still being paired with Ryan on the series.

“I am currently in a relationship with a person who was exactly what I asked for – someone kind, considerate, a great man, and intelligent,” she wrote alongside a smiling selfie.

“Sometimes miracles happen because today I am in fact happy and in a loving long term relationship!”
