He’s into younger women after all.
Tobey Maguire was seen making out with a model who is 25 years his junior – despite his ex-wife, Jennifer Meyer, claiming it was “nonsense” when he was linked to a different young woman last month.
The Spider-Man star, 49, was photographed going for a dip at a private beach in Sardinia, Italy, Wednesday with 24-year-old Babette Strijbos, who flaunted her fit physique in a tiny, tan two-piece bikini.
Maguire, meanwhile, wore a pair of navy, floral swim trunks and black sunglasses. He was seen sporting a big smile on his face during the outing in Porto Cervo.
At one point, Strijbos tightly embraced The Great Gatsby star in the water as they shared several kisses.
They also stared longingly into each other’s eyes and appeared to have a laugh together.
It’s unclear when Maguire started seeing Strijbos romantically and whether they are an official couple.
His and the blonde beauty’s reps did not return Page Six’s request for comment.
The lovey-dovey sighting, though, comes less than a month after he was linked to 20-year-old actress Lily Chee, who is from New York.
Maguire was seen on Fourth of July exiting Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin’s star-studded party with the young model, sparking dating rumours.
Maguire did not demonstrate any public display of affection toward Chee at the time. However, because they seemingly left together and he touched her lower back to guide her out, it appeared they were an item.
The romance buzz caught the attention of Meyer – who split from Maguire in 2016 after six years of marriage – who did not believe that her ex and Chee were the real deal.
When a person online asked the jewellery designer how she felt that the Boss Baby actor had been “banging someone 3 years older than” their 17-year-old daughter, Ruby, Meyer fiercely hit back.
“I don’t usually respond to such nonsense, but he was kindly helping a friend to her car,” she claimed.
Meyer, 47, added that Maguire was just being a “good guy” and called the social media user “rude.”
Page Six has reached out to Meyer and her reps for comment on her ex’s latest dating news but we did not immediately hear back.
