This year’s edition of The Bachelor will have three times the love - and three times more drama.

This year’s edition of The Bachelor will have three times the love - and three times more drama - with three bachelors vying to find their soulmate.

Felix Von Hofe, Thomas Malucelli and Jed McIntosh will all be looking for love on the new series, which is being filmed on the Gold Coast.

The three hopefuls were revealed by Bachelor host Osher Günsberg on The Project on Monday night, but he was tight-lipped about how the show would work.

Asked if there would be three times as many women competing for the guys' hearts, he said: “Maybe, maybe not.”

He continued: “We are so excited. We’re doing a world-first. No one in the world has ever had three bachelors, and therefore the way it works and the way everyone gets to know each other is very different this year.”

Former pro basketballer Felix said he was looking forward to The Bachelor because he felt “too old’ to use dating apps.

“I enjoy having proper one-on-one dates and getting to know each other rather than Instagram,” he said.

Musician Jed appeared humble as he said he was “standing next to two of the biggest, best looking blokes in Australia”, adding that they would be giving him some serious competition.

Third Bachelor Thomas said filming had only recently started, but that he hoped things would get “looser, hotter and maybe even more romantic” in the coming weeks.

The Bachelors will air on Channel 10 later this year.
