WE didn’t come down in the last shower, we know it’s all about the ratings.
And yet, we can’t help but feel ever so slightly disappointed when we see photos of this foursome happily buddied up outside of filming hours.
My Kitchen Rules’ Chloe and Kelly and their onscreen enemies, twins Helena and Vikki, appear to be far from foes when the cameras stop rolling.
The two teams dined together at Manu Feildel’s Melbourne restaurant Le Grand Cirque on Friday night and were seen laughing and hugging on their night out together.
The ladies also spent a wild night out together in Sydney last week, partying into the early hours of the morning at one of the city’s watering holes, Woman’s Day is reporting.
Chloe and Kelly travelled from Perth, while the twins flew in from Melbourne for the reunion.
On Sunday, Vikki posted this happy snap of herself looking friendly with Chloe while out on the town. The pic was later removed.
Vikki then shared another photo of herself with the WA girls, red wine in hand. It was also removed shortly afterwards.Chloe and Kelly have uploaded similar photos to their official Instagram account.
The constant banter between the two teams is part of a long-running rivalry that has been flogged by Channel 7 since the cooking show kicked off in early February. The catty adversaries have been hurling insults at each other across the table since day one and often voice their dislike for one another when speaking to the cameras.
With both teams landing a spot in MKR’s final five, fans are starting to taste a Chloe and Kelly versus Helena and Vikki grand final.
Just think of the ratings if the faux enemies went head-to-head in the very last showdown.
