Former Pussycat Dolls star Nicole Scherzinger, 45, is rocking her favourite teeny-tiny swimsuit on Insta lately - and sparking debate among fans.

Former Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole, 45, sent pulses racing in the racy number as she took to Instagram yesterday from her Malibu home.

The former Pussycat Doll left little to the imagination while writhing about on the floor to Sabrina Carpenter’s hit Espresso.

But the video wasn’t without some humour as her fiance Thom Evans was seen in the background carrying a sunbed and even got hands-on to help.

Poking fun at her other half, Nicole wrote in her caption: “Taking pics by the pool while @te11 handles the heavy stuff.”

Just last week, the Don’t Cha songstress wowed fans what looked like the same skimpy swimsuit as she danced with her friends.

She risked slipping out of the tiny swimwear while jumping around with Thom and other pals.

But her tiny swmsuit caused a stir among her followers.

“Great body Nicole but not appropriate to wear really,” one person lectured.

“I don’t like that swimming costume,” complained another.

“Nicole the body should be illegal,” was one supportive comment.

“That bathing suit girl!! !️‍Hell yesssss,” said another fan.

Fitness freak Nicole has long been making headlines for her incredibly athletic physique – and it’s easy to see why.

From her sculpted arms to super-toned stomach, it only takes a quick scroll on her Instagram to see that the vocal powerhouse is no stranger to hard work in the gym.

The star likes to keep things enjoyable with dance workouts too.

She’s also an advocate for short, high intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions lasting for around 45 minutes.

These short bursts of energy with little rest have a tonne of benefits such as improved metabolism, fat loss and increased calorie burn.

Resistance training also features heavily in Nicole’s routine.

Her sculpted arms, toned abs and strong glutes are all a result of using dumbbells and body weight exercises in the gym.

It’ll come as no surprise that Nicole’s diet is healthy and balanced.

The tiny swimsuit was a bit much for some of her followers.

If her workouts take a backseat due to a busy schedule, the star will practice intermittent fasting, meaning that her first meal of the day will be around lunchtime.

In an interview with Women’s Health, Nicole revealed that she loves eggs and gluten-free bread with a side of smoked salmon or ham.

Dinner is a simple formula of “chicken and rice or fish and rice and then a side of vegetables,” she said.

Nicole first met hunk Thom, 37, when he appeared on the X Factor: Celebrity series.

They made their relationship official in January 2020 and it has gone from strength to strength ever since.

Nicole was introduced to his parents, Brian and Sally, in Portugal.

In June last year they announced on Instagram that she and Thom were engaged after three years of dating.

Nicole previously had an on/off relationship with Formula One star Lewis Hamilton.

They dated from 2007, and the relationship did not officially end until 2015.
