Oasis Australia 2025 tour dates: Brit rockers announce extra shows

Aussie fans of Oasis can rejoice with the Brit rockers adding another two shows to their Aussie tour. See details.

Oasis tour dates revealed

Reunited British rockers Oasis have added two shows to their Australian tour to meet “phenomenal” demand for tickets.

The Gallagher brothers have now booked another show at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne on November 1 and a second show at Sydney’s Accor Stadium on November 8.

The general public sale for the Melbourne shows go on sale from 10am on October 15 and Sydney tickets will be available on that day from 12pm.

The band had already announced they would play at Marvel Stadium on October 31 and then Accor Stadium on November 7.

Registration for tickets opened for a 24-hour period following their initial announcement before they go on sale on Tuesday, October 15 at 10am in Melbourne and 12pm in Sydney.

The Oasis Live 25 ticket prices for the Melbourne shows range from $183.28 to $407.57, with booking fees of $9.90.

Ticket prices for the Accor Stadium shows in Sydney start at $187.39 with the top seats at $411.67 and fees of $8.95. The Sydney ticket prices include public transport to and from the Olympic Park venue.

“People of the land down under, ‘you better run-you better take cover’,” the band said in a press release when they announced the first dates.

“We are coming. You are most welcome.”

Sources working on the Australian leg of the Oasis world tour confirmed there would be no dynamic pricing applied to tickets here after fans protested the higher prices when the UK and Ireland shows went on sale.

As fans scrambled to register for pre-sale codes to buy tickets to the Oasis Live ‘25 shows next year, they were met by a few eyebrow-raising questions.
The Gallagher brothers and their team clearly are having some fun with the fan frenzy around their reunion.

As well as asking how many shows fans had seen the Champagne Supernova stars perform before they split, they also posed the curly question as to which of their classic tracks won Triple J’s Hottest 100 in 1995.

The options are Don’t Look Back In Anger, Wonderwall and Live Forever. The one you think is right … is right.

OASIS MADE BIG CHANGE TO US TOUR TICKETS

Oasis scrapped the contentious ticket dynamic pricing which angered UK fans for their North American shows.

The reunited rockers earlier this week revealed five Oasis Live ‘25 stadium concerts in Toronto, Chicago, New Jersey, Los Angeles and Mexico in August and September.

A statement on the band’s social media channels reassured fans the Ticketmaster dynamic pricing scheme which inflated some ticket prices during the box office sale for the UK and Ireland shows would not go ahead for the North American gigs.

“Ticketmaster’s dynamic pricing model will not be applied to the forthcoming sale of tickets to Oasis concerts in North America,” the group’s management announced.

“It is widely accepted that dynamic pricing remains a useful tool to combat ticket touting and keep prices for a significant proportion of fans lower than the market rate and thus more affordable.”

The team behind Noel and Liam Gallagher’s much-anticipated reunion tour said the scheme was “less effective” when huge demand challenged the capabilities of technology.

“ … when unprecedented ticket demand (where the entire tour could be sold many times over at the moment tickets go on sale) is combined with technology that cannot cope with that demand, (dynamic pricing) becomes less effective and can lead to an unacceptable experience for fans,” the statement continued.

“We have made this decision for the North American tour to hopefully avoid a repeat of the issues fans in the UK and Ireland experienced recently.”
