Punters are fuming over yet another cancellation from US rapper The Game, this time just one day before his Australian tour with Ice Cube and Cypress Hill.

Ticketholders have blasted Ticketek online, saying they are unable to get a refund for tickets worth up to $350.

An email to ticketholders on Tuesday revealed that The Game had “last minute commitments” and could not appear at a single show on the tour.

Aussie rap group AB Original will round out the line-up in lieu of the 43-year-old.

Fans have bombarded both the agency’s emails and The Game’s social channels expressing their severe disappointment.

It is the third time the artist has pulled out of a major tour Down Under over the past decade.

“Give us partial refunds Ticketek Australia. The Game was supposed to come in 2013 and it got cancelled,” one frustrated ticketholder wrote.

“It has happened again. You replace The Game with unknown artists and expect the same price? How about a proper answer and not just ‘sorry Game ain’t coming’.”

Another wrote, “The Game isn’t going to be there anymore. You can’t ring to speak to someone. No one responds to the online request for a refund and the concert is tonight. What a joke.”

Punters were denied their money back.

Others revealed they were denied their money back when contacting the ticket agency via email. One showed their request for a refund for their $349.90 VIP Reserve Seating Package had been denied.

“Under the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practices, a presenter is not required to provide an exchange option or refund where a ticketholder is unable to attend an event where a support act is replaced or if some of the acts appearing at a festival change,” Ticketek said.

The email from the agency suggests the ticketholder use their on-site “Ticketek Marketplace” to barter with the public to resell their ticket one day before the show.

Ticketek has been contacted for comment.

Tour agency MJR Presents has also been contacted for comment.

The updated tour poster revealed a day before the tour.

The Cure’s Robert Smith recently said he was “sickened” by the charges and announced Thursday that Ticketmaster will offer partial refunds and lower fees for The Cure tickets in the future.”

The Game was set to do a run of shows across Australia in 2013 to tour his album, Jesus Piece, before cancelling and promising a return.

In 2017, he cancelled his visit, with promoter Tour Squad saying he and his team had “no intention to adhere to the contract”, just a week before his shows were due to begin.

“Despite our best efforts to try and salvage this tour, there has been a substantial amount of conduct together with statements made by The Game’s team which showed that they had no intention, for whatever reason, to adhere to the contract executed in June 2017 for this tour,” Tour Squad said in a statement at the time.
