OOPS. Mark Ruffalo was trying to show his Instagram fans what was happening at the Thor premiere when he inadvertently delivered some spoilers.

MARK Ruffalo made a Hulk-sized mistake at the premiere of Marvel’s latest superhero film, Thor: Ragnarok.

The star accidentally live-streamed a portion of the movie after forgetting to turn his phone off at the premiere.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the star was introduced by a recording of Jeff Goldblum’s character, The Grand Master, to spark excitement at the film’s Los Angeles premiere.

As stars often do, Ruffalo wanted to record and live stream the applause from the audience on his Instagram account. However, he neglected to end the live stream before slipping his mobile phone back in his pocket.

As a result, some 2500 fans were able to hear audio of Thor: Ragnarok, in which he reprises his role as Bruce Banner/The Hulk, about three weeks prior to its official release.

Fans reported that the star finally realised his mistake a short time into the movie, before any real damage was done.

Still, many on Twitter captured the conversation happening during the moments in question. While some simply laughed at the absurdity of what was happening, others baulked at the idea of having the movie spoiled for them. Some even went as far as to brainstorm ideas on how to inform Ruffalo of his flub.
