Radio king Kyle Sandilands has popped the question to his partner of two years, Tegan Kynaston.

The Sunday Telegraph can reveal Sandilands got down on one knee earlier this month, while at his holiday house in Port Douglas, where they have been holidaying for the past four weeks.

His manager Bruno Bouchet all but confirmed the news yesterday, saying Sandilands had special news to announce during his KIIS FM show on Monday.

“It’s their news to announce, not mine,” Bouchet said.

“But if you do want to know, make sure you tune into Kyle and Jackie O on Monday.”

Photographs taken on Saturday show Kynaston disembarking a private jet sporting an enormous diamond ring.

The pair were greeted by Bouchet, who hugged the couple before they got into a waiting Bentley with their puppy, Tacita.

According to those close to the couple, a wedding is imminent, with Sandilands “known to be quite hasty with these sorts of things”.

It will no doubt be a star-studded affair for Sandilands, whose empire is worth $100 million. His first wedding to Popstars singer Tamara Jaber in 2008 cost the radio shock jock more than $1 million and was attended by a who’s who of stars, including Bert Newton, Guy Sebastian, Brian McFadden and Natalie Bassingthwaighte. The couple split in July 2010.

Kids are also on the cards, with the 50-year-old saying recently that he had been given the “all-clear” after undergoing fertility testing and hoped to start a family with Kynaston, 35.

Spending time with his best friend John Ibrahim and his partner Sara Budge’s baby boy Elvis has also made the radio titan clucky.

“(I wasn’t thinking about having kids) because I’ve been work focused,” he said last month. “But all my friends have kids and Tegan’s family and friends, they’ve all got little kids.

“And we’re like the only couple at the barbecue that have got no kids, we have the FOMO.”

The pair have even discussed baby names, with J’Majesty on the top of Sandilands’ list. Kynaston is Sandilands’ former assistant and is currently the head of communications for King Kyle.

He dated model Imogen Anthony, 30 for eight years, before they split in mid-2019.
