A who’s who of the celebrity and sporting worlds came together in Byron Bay over the weekend for the wedding of former Miss World Australia Erin Holland and cricket star Ben Cutting.

After postponing their wedding twice due to COVID-19, Erin Holland and Ben Cutting have finally tied the knot.

The former Miss World and the Australian cricket player chose Byron Bay for their star-studded nuptials, saying I Do overlooking the beach at Elements of Byron’s Heart of the Bay on Saturday afternoon.

Singers Jess Dunbar and Matt Price, of X Factor fame, sang Justin Bieber’s Anyone as Holland walked down the aisle.

“It has been a long journey to this point where we could safely have our friends and family under the one roof,” Holland said.

Cutting added: “Our families are from all over so we had to reschedule a couple of times with borders opening and closing. Everyone was so accommodating and we are so grateful they all made the time, three times, to be with us for our wedding.”

Holland wore three different J’Aton couture creations over the two day celebration while the groom was dressed in Alex Goodman Custom.

“I honestly felt like a princess, the dress was magical,” Holland said. “It all came together at the last minute. Because of coronavirus, we couldn’t do fittings in person so it was all done online.”

Holland’s bridesmaids – Lauren Vickers, Lucy Turner, Margarita Nazarenko and Rachel Khawaja - each wore a different Rebecca Valance dress, in white.

Groomsmen Usman Khawaja, Jonathan Cutting, Peter Forest and Lee Carseldine wore MJ Bale.

Celebrant Michelle Shannon presided over the official ceremony as the couple exchanged rings from Affinity Diamonds in front of impressive flower arrangements by Kashaya & Co. They signed the bridal registry as Jess and Matt sang Crazy in Love and triumphantly exited the ceremony to Coldplay’s Sky Full Of Stars.
