Golden girl Delta Goodrem has shared a touching moment backstage starring her most adoring little fans with her global following.
At the Festival Theatre, for her Innocent Eyes 20th Anniversary Tour on Sunday, she took a trip down memory lane with brother and former Central Districts Football Club captain, Trent Goodrem.
The siblings were accompanied by his children, Nate, 7,and Emmy, 5.
“Crying over my nephew posing in the music video mirror,” Goodrem wrote on her Instagram, alongside a series of personal images that includes Nate’s reflection in the mirror.
“Best moments. Sharing with my brother and all our memories of that time, took us back!”
Beyond celebrating the 20-year anniversary of her record-breaking debut album, Goodrem is also shedding happy tears on the back of her engagement last month to long-time love, guitarist Matthew Copley.
The couple, who’ve been together for six years, announced the happy news on social media to with a Malta seaside city-scape in the background, Goodrem gushing: “My best friend asked me to marry him.”
Goodrem will be back performing in Adelaide in March, supporting legendary singer Tom Jones when he tours.
