THE WOODCROFT HOTEL
Bains Rd & Panalatinga Rd, Woodcroft
Date: October 31 - November 3
It’s a four-day Halloween festival at The Woodcroft, with trick or treating for the kids, prizes for best dressed all weekend, plus face-painting on Thursday and Friday.
There will also be a kid’s disco on Halloween night - October 31 - from 5.30pm to 7pm, which includes dinner and a drink. Spots are limited.

MARY’S POPPIN

This popular city nightclub is throwing its first Monster Ball, with a “Halloween Apocalypse” dress code and featuring a special menu of witches broths, vampires’ blood and genie potions. Enjoy special shows by performers The Mary’s Divas and dance the night away in their spooky “mausoleum”.

THE ARKABA HOTEL

The Ark has Adelaide’s “biggest, best and longest-running” Latino Halloween fiesta: the 14th annual Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) Halloween party. Featuring the Latino Grooves Sound System Band, DJs Hugo Salcedo, Keko and guests, plus spectacular dance shows and free face painters, this event is set to be another memorable night.

THE LION ARTS FACTORY

Australian singer-songwriter Ruby Fields - fresh from her Spin Off Festival appearance and spot in the Triple J Hottest 100 - is the headline act as live music venue The Lion Arts Factory hosts its own special pre-Halloween party. Support acts include The Weathered Headz, Teenage Joans and Big Town, with prizes for best dressed Halloween-themed costumes.

If the dating scene terrifies you, then The Havey’s Dress Up Dating party could be the perfect way to spend Halloween. Go on mini dates with fellow singles aged between 27 and 35, with everyone decked out in their favourite Halloween costumes. And following the speed dating event, kick on for their special Halloween after-party starting at 9.30pm.

HALLOWEEN ON KING WILLIAM 2019
King William Rd, Hyde Park

Dress up your kids in their spookiest - or cutest - Halloween outfit and bring them to King William Road to trick or treat among the area’s shops, restaurants and cafes.
There will be a free Halloween Bloomsbury Street Party between 10am-2pm with music and activities for the family, including giant games, face painting and more. There will be a prize for the best kids’ costume and plenty of treats for everyone.

THE BEACHOUSE

The Beachouse will become the Spookhouse for two special days this Halloween season. These all ages lock-in events run for two hours and include trick-or-treating, a haunted playcastle, face painting, prizes for best costumes, and unlimited use of the venue’s entertainment such as the waterslides, dodgem cars, arcade games and mini golf.

HALLOWEEN DODGEBALL AT THE ADELAIDE GAOL
18 Gaol Rd, Thebarton
Date: November 2 and 3
Adelaide Dodgeball is hosting a semi-competitive, but mostly fun, Halloween Dodgeball tournament. Dress up in your favourite scary costume and throw some balls at your friends and perhaps even some strangers. Each event begins at 6pm with team allocation and warm-up, with an after-party to follow at a yet-to-be determined venue. There’s also prizes for the winning team and best dressed.

HALLOWEEN ART TOUR
Box Factory Community Centre, 59 Regent St, Adelaide
Date: October 31, 5.30pm-6.30pm
Join Adelaide artist Cain De Leeuw for a “glowing” Halloween art tour featuring work from his ‘Out of the Abyss’ solo exhibition, showcasing expressive and fluorescent ultra violet and glow-in-the-dark acrylic and aerosol spray paintings. There will be Halloween treats for the kids and patrons are encouraged to dress up. The exhibition will be open to the public until November 13 from 4-7pm on weekdays.
