CASINO billionaire James Packer’s rumoured new girlfriend is believed to be a New York socialite and model named Kylie Lim.
New social media photos of Lim show a surf-loving, bikini beauty who enjoys the outdoors.
It is understood Lim is aged in her 30s and has been dating Packer, 50, for several months following his split with pop diva Mariah Carey.
The pair were spotted just last week holding hands and embracing at a luxury US ski resort of Aspen.
They also had lunch, as Packer puffed away on menthol cigarettes, during a date.
In a coincidental twist, Carey is also in Aspen where she celebrated Christmas with her family.
“#Aspen the arrival! #Christmastime,” she wrote on Instagram two days ago.
Last week, The Australian revealed Packer’s new squeeze was a Canadian business owner and model named Kylie.

The publication also stated Packer and his new girlfriend spent Christmas in the ski resort, where Australian billionaire and media mogul Kerry Stokes — who is something of a father figure to Packer — also has a home.
Two years ago, the Australian mogul was spending time in the Colorado resort with his ex Carey and planning their wedding.

Since then, Packer has been besieged with business and personal problems, including the breakdown of his relationship with the singer, and retreated to his Argentinian polo resort to recuperate.
Lim could be the relief Packer needs following a number of blows including his split with the US singer in October this year.
“Two years ago I was terrified,” he said of the $5 billion then owed by his companies.
“Then, a year later, I’ve got China falling apart, the Australian casino businesses missing budgets by big amounts, I’ve got Mariah breaking up with me and I’m thinking, ‘F ...!’.”
He spent time at Ellerstina, in Argentina, switched from alcohol to Gatorade, and concentrated on his $2 billion six-star Sydney casino and hotel.
He also spent time with his three children with ex-wife Erica. It is understood they spent Christmas all together in the family property in Aspen.
