Fresh from settling on her $15.8 million Darlinghurst penthouse, Francesca Packer Barham, heiress of the Packer fortune, is selling her South Yarra investment property.
She’s reduced her price hopes from what she sought two years ago and is now asking between $1.4 million and $1.5 million.
Packer Barham paid $1.41 million in 2015 when she was spending more time in Melbourne while dating property developer Kelli Holland — a romance which only lasted six months.
It was initially listed at $1,895,000 at the start of 2018, then marketed later in the year at $1.6 million.
Packer Barham undertook a designer renovation of the 1890s terrace, updating the kitchen, floorboards and bathrooms.
The now thoroughly modern home has three bedrooms, including a master upstairs with walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and retreat. The downstairs kitchen, living and dining area opens to a rear courtyard on the 180sq m home up the road from Grosvenor Reserve.

Opposite Fawkner Park, the four-bedroom Victorian found a buyer in just a week.
She also saved a couple of million dollars on the Darlinghurst penthouse she bought late last year.

$16 million. She had been the first potential buyer to take a contract.
The level 40 sub-penthouse, atop the Harry Seidler-designed Horizon block, had a designer renovation by the Melbourne-based MIM Design.
The whole level apartment spans 565sq m of internal floor space, said to be the biggest single-level apartment in Sydney.
It has four bedrooms, each with a marble ensuite, as well as self-contained quarters with its own living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
Packer Barham turned 25 in December, and celebrated with a star-studded Disney-themed party at Bistro Guillaume in the CBD attended by 120 of her best friends.
